DrFun $385 Scam

Explanation of the trade: $385 USD for 550m 07 gp Paypal
How they scammed: i send them the cash as business he refunded says he cannot do business i must send as a friend or family so i did ( guess easier way to scam me) and after its all authorized on my end he keeps claiming payment isnt going through so we must wait later.
Tells me if i file a dispute or scam i will not get "jack shit" and he is certain i will not win.

he logged off discord said he will see me in a few hours.
He claims he will win the dispute then i wont get the gold anyway, he is known for scamming i have recently discovered and banned on mulitple accounts.

Note: Also he said he accepts a refund 30 minutes after the trade. i requested my refund and he denies to give it to me and suggests i just wait.

Can someone or anyone help me before the time is up?

Can someone help me and tell me how to, if i can get my money back?

@ITylerrrD_ - Click on the transaction in your paypal summary, once you see the drop-down, click 'Report a problem', you then are in the Paypal Resolution Center where you can click on the option:

Fill out the required information and include the dialog you had between @DrFun and yourself which should match the Paypal transaction by timestamps.

I am not familiar with how disputes on Paypal work, I have also asked for another staff member to chime in here as they might have more experience with this. Please keep us updated on the success or failure of the dispute. I will leave this open until it has been resolved.

Edit: I have been advised that you should contact your funding source if this was not paid with Paypal balance.

 

I do not have that option when i click on it. He told me to send it as a gift to friends or family.

 

Was this payment done through Paypal balance or a bank/credit card linked up to your Paypal account?

i called my bank they told me i need to contact paypal

 

Give Paypal support a call, then try you bank again later.
