accountware still has two of the accounts iv'e sold him... he sold one of them already because it got removed from his listings a few days ago. I have not attempted to recover the accounts back at all and if i do then he will have a unhappy customer because he 110% already sold one of the accounts via his site.

Hes done a Paypal charge back and kept my two accounts?? your telling me hes allowed to do this because hes a business ? im a business too i swap sdm\dmt to 07 only thing different is hes got a website...


Also i sent you them 3 tickets which you said 2 policy but you changed your mind and helped me out unlike this guy he sent me confirmation thinking i was going to get paid but i didn't get paid just ended up giving him my account details for free for the 3rd one.

 

Yesterday he told me he paid for both the accounts 1 - 2 weeks ago when we was discussing the email i got sent confirming they accepted to buy the 3rd account from me because they was trying to tell me i didn't recieve a email for the 3rd account which i did because its on the first post up there...then all sudden today because i reported him bout taking my 3rd accounts info and not paying me.. hes gone and said ive recovered the other accounts which i haven't.


funny how a day later after reporting him and video telling him his site doesn't say this policy and if he told me about this policy only then hes saying i recovered the accounts? he obv thinks hes going to get away with scamming me and divines just making it easier for him to get away with it haha

 

I reviewed the tickets you sent.

Ticket #1 --- Account Sold --- No issues reported

We've had no issues with the accounts sold to us by you, however that does not really mean anything and u seem to be confusing the issue of what I'm saying, the scam and chargeback accountwarehouse did is separate from your information regarding your data complaint, I answered your data complaint - The accusations of account recovery's and accountwarehouses chargeback are between you and staff and him.

Anyways this is where I tap out, although I deserve a cookie for this 10/10 customer service(I actually went and bought a pack of $2.99 Kroger chocolate chip cookies, srs).

 

yeah my bad bro im just heated at the moment and i know this thread was for data untill he did a charge back... that's why i @ you bro to ask if the accounts i sold you was still fine as it was well over $120 and hes saying i recovered $50 worth.. just wanted to make everyone know that i ain't recovered back nothing.

i have no clue what to do at the moment.. should i attempt to recover the accounts hes charged back for ? or should i leave it till this is sorted?

im still worried because he has my 3rd accounts information still... he could recover that when there's money or items on it if he decides he wants to scam me for that account too..

reporting him as only made things worse its gone from him having my 3rd account details which he aint paid for to him charging back $50 paypal for two accounts i sold him 2 weeks ago.. which either he still has them or he has sold them via his site.

as divine stated i sold him 3 accounts also 2 - 3 weeks ago and all accounts are still secured and costed way more then the accounts for $50 i sold this accountware guy... why would i bother to recover $50 accounts but not recover the best ones ive sold? makes no sence hes done this because he thinks he can get away with it obviously

no wonder his websites only got good feedback\reviews because he doesnt allow negative ones with low ratings... i just had a email saying my review was challenged(denied) because it was false.... but it wasn't false i stated he said he could buy the account offered me a price then at the last second after submitting my 3rd accounts information that he told me he wasn't going to buy it anymore and then told me about "2 account policy" which should of been said to me at the start not when hes offered me a price and asked me too fill form with my account information and then sending me a approval email saying account will be secured and payment sent within 24 hours... all proof is on other posts.

all i did was state facts and rate it a 1 star... when people need to hide the negative feedback this really does mean alot because i can imagine hes scammed other people that aint on sythe lmao

4) It's simply his money, if he feels his money is at risk than he has the right to halt the sale to avoid or minimize that risk,if you were selling gold to someone and got their ID and stuff and they paid you for it, then you discovered their a scammer by googling their email after they paid, you are essentially arguing that the person who submitted their ID has the right to obtain monetary compensation for that ID or that the person who received it somehow did something wrong, they didn't. Accountwarehouse has the right to protect his company just as anyone does, he exercised that right.

well this does not apply to me because i already had sold him two accounts 2 weeks before trying to sell the 3rd one also he has my id and i can assure theres nothing no where saying that ive scammed before.... also i have the right to protect my account because now its at risk due to him having the information after proceeding on with buying the account from me and taking my account recovery information which could be used in the future to recover the account from me or a person ive sold it too if he ever decides too do that.(which id like to point out again he canceled this sale because he forget to mention that they have 2 account policy and only told me at the end when i already received email saying payment will be sent within 24 hours after waiting around 18 hours for a quote then another 3 hours for email with the form i needed to put my account info in)

works both ways it should not just work in his favor because he owns a website.... thats just giving them a easy win for if they think the customer hasnt got enough rep too scam them.

Also hes gone and done a charge back for two accounts he either still has or sold after i made this thread and this was after i reported him for taking my 3rd accounts information then sending approval of the account sale then canceling the sale.... so that's why i bought that up to you. I thought it kind of related to the thread since im already reporting him for data stealing..

 

Alright well the original report is without merit, if they don't want to buy your account they don't have to. A side effect of this kind of business is that account information is given to one party. We can't do anything about that, it's up to you to choose who you give info to before receiving payment and I would recommend that you only do this with people you trust.

@Accountwarehouse sent me some proof of a potential recovery by @damned12 but I don't find it very clear. I would ask that @Accountwarehouse you make a separate report thread if this user did recover accounts on you
