2.7 As the Cashier is the only person who accepts RuneScape gold, people will often create a RuneScape account with a similar display name - these are called impostors. BigBoiBets cannot do anything in the event of you trading an impostor - as you are always supposed to confirm that you are trading the right person via the Cashier chat.

id also like to point out this section of the tos where is expressly says the cashier is the only person who accepts deposits, this is clearly untrue as they are involving third parties again that the user is never aware of.

2.5 Once you have decided how much you want to cash in, press the "Request" button. Your request will soon be accepted by our Cashier. Our cashier will tell you where to meet them and who to trade in RuneScape. *Always confirm that you are trading the right person!* Upon completion of the trade, our Cashier will then transfer you the appropriate amount of chips.

The bolded line of the tos also infers it will be the cashier making the trade and not a third party.

 

There is insufficient proof of the gold being traded over. However, the cashier did make a tremendous error confirming that it was them in trade with the customer and failing to inform the customer that they were in fact trading a completely unrelated party. @BigBoiBets and @Probemas moving forward if you are going to have customers trade third parties, you need to tell them before they trade that they are doing so. This will allow them to take pictures/proof of their trades so this doesn't happen again.

A refund offer of 200m was presented to the customer, which will have to be honored. @one_b4ng let me know when you have received your refund by posting here. When the refund is paid, this report will be resolved

I've taken time to get informed fully on both parties' side as well as the comments that were made by @video and concluded that we'll cover the full amount of 400m 07 in value. My apologies for the lengthy wait on a settlement, we'll ensure this trading method is not used again as to prevent these issues.
