    Hes now charge back Paypal for 2 account i sold him 1 - 2 weeks ago saying that ive recovered them when i haven't... funny how hes all my account details now and wasn't willing to pay me the biggest one for $170 and now also charge back other accounts lmao

    Hey well iv'e sold to these guys before with no problem except waiting days on reply's and maybe not the best of communication with them due to them having a stick up there arse... recently i sold them a 07 maxed agser account via there website.... Gone through the whole procedure of asking for a offer then them sending me email telling me to fill out form with all my account details(isp)(previous passwords) then i received the email telling me "the account will be secured and payment will be sent in 24 hours" which Confirmed the sale of the account and that they accepted to buy it.... then 3 hours later they email me again telling me "'iv'e already sold 2 accounts and cant sell another".

    This account was confirmed by email it was sold....(Click here too see picture) also this (click here to see)
    i think its a bit late to go back on it once you've already took all of my account details lmao.. should of told me 2 account per person on the first email not after you've confirmed you've bought it.

    This guy told me to have a great day too.. like is he serious hes f****d my entire day up iv'e lent money off people IRL which i was expecting to pay back within 24 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! also the fact that they have all my account details which I DO NOT AGREE with as i was trying to sell the account and not give the whole account information out for free then telling me no after saying yes?

    also changed my ingame name so i could keep it for another account so that's a bond wasted also with the 18 hours i waited for reply the first time to see if they could buy the account which was a yes btw.


    are company's allowed to do this ? pretty sure once uve already told some one sale is confirmed there's no going back from there... also they have all my previous passwords and account details.

    if hes allowed to do this without any punishment then why shouldn't i just recover the account back i sold him before and refund his money back... because that's what hes basically done to me... hes told me hes buying the account been told id have payment sent within 24 hours then hours later emails me saying "oh no we cant do that actually".

    this guys fucked me over so hard seriously i'm about too just loose the plot... i owe money out i cant pay now because of this stupid shithead. I WOULD NOT OF LENT MONEY IF YOU DIDN'T SEND ME A ACCEPTED SALE CONFIRMATION!


    Like i said hes got all my account information now... i am not willing to keep this account as ive gave him the details because he said he was buying it. i don't just give my account details away for free.

    Pretty sure if they knew it was 2 accounts per person they would of told me first email and not tell me on the last email after buying the account from me?

    i do not feel safe with this account now at all lmao


    This brandon guy who was dealing with me through email also had the cheek to tell me "Watch what i do or say next" like i cant be mad over them taking my account details for no reason lmao also tryed telling me that i didn't get email sent to me confirming the account being sold which i have and is posted on the top post.

    also the account i posted at 3.50am uk time in the morn so i don't know where he gets "the one you posted 2 hours ago" from trying to tell me i didn't receive a sale confirmation lmao


    End of the day they shouldn't of went that far if they couldn't take the account...... acckings website i sold 3 accounts too also but on the 3rd one they told me at the start that they prob couldn't take another one.. not wait for me to give all details and get confirmation to tell me they cant and in the end they bought it.

    they way he done this to me is not professional at all.... if this was the other way around with me taking my account back when they already said they are sending payment within 24 hours then id get banned for scamming....

    We have a strict policy of 2 accounts per person every 6 months. I'm sorry we ruined your day but the policy will not be changing. Your account has not been accessed and none of your account information has been changed.

    well i hope they sort you a nice DO NO TRADE out because like i said you already confirmed the sale its on the screenshots.

    if i decided to take my account back last second when youve already told me the payment will be sent within 24 hours then ud report me for scamming and id be banned lmao.. how come you think you can do it too me ?


    also the fact still remains YOU HAVE MY DETAILS FROM PREVIOUS PASSWORDS TO MY ISP... don't even try tell me its not saved like brandon did because i sent you it through a form by your website so its auto saved... i dont care if it hasnt been changed you still have them lmaoooooooooooooooo

    Once the accounts been handed over... that's it.. its been secured lmao... how can you refuse to pay me hours later after sending a accepted sale confirmation ???

    The full extent of our fraud screening is not posted out in public as that only allows scammers to premeditate ways to get around it. This is a moot point as the OP's accounts have already been recovered with no refund issued. I believe this is what we classify as a scam. This is exactly why we have the policy of 2 accounts per household per 6 months. This is a closed case and there is no need for any further response.

    listen you took my account details case is not closed. i have never sold a account before and been told after giving information that they cant buy it... ive always been informed by other websites of there policys if i do so.

    he should of told me about this policy on the first email BEFORE offering me a price and not letting it get as far as submitting my details and sending me a automated message saying ill be paid within 24 hours.

    Also id like to add i have not recovered no account so wtf are you on about i was using it as an example... for example if i said "sorry i don't want account anymore" hours after you giving me details to a account or say i changed my mind and refunded you the payment and took my account back then you would not be happy either.

    it works both ways.. you don't just get away with it because you have a website.

    Hes also just did a chargeback on paypal for two accounts i sold him the other week... even tho he still has them or the people he sold too still has them lmao(all because i said what if i refunded the payments and took my account back because i changed my mind) as an example to try get it into his thick head looloololololl

    HES ALREADY SOLD ONE OF THE ACCOUNT TO SOME ONE SO HES SCAMMING SOME ONE ELSE NOW LMAOOO

    this is the type of guy ive been dealing with...

    also i seen that you was having trouble selling one of the accounts and lowering the price.. is this why your doing this too me ?

    he now has all 3 of my accounts details.. still has access too two of them(think he may of sold one because it wasnt listed when i looked through the site too check for account i was looking on buying) and hasn't paid me for the 3rd..

    Should i attempt to recover the accounts back which iv'e sold to him ??? since hes done a charge back i just responded to the disputes its now in paypals hands.

    never been scammed for accounts & chargeback at same time before im new to this lmao

    Him blatantly saying hes paid for two accounts YESTERDAY.... a bit funny how after i threatened to report him and reported him on sythe all of a sudden hes saying iv'e recovered accounts and done charge backs just because iv'e reported him for taking my 3rd accounts details then canceling the sale last second ?

    can no one else see how this guy is trying to snake me lmao

    @Divine have you still got them accounts you paid over $100 to me or was there any problem with the accounts so far?.. this guy is trying to say i recovered 2 accounts back which i sold him for $50 all because he took my 3rd accounts information then canceled the sale when he already confirmed on buying it..

    sorry to get you involved but this guy must be on another planet to think id risk a ban for $50.... all this has happened because he didnt want to pay me for my 3rd account due to a policy which they didnt tell me about untill after the sale was accepted and information was sent.

    I'm going to say the same thing to you that I said on the spam forum thread;


    You run the risk of potentially sharing the creation data when you sell a site an account, as a business we reserve the right to stop the process at any time if we need to do so in order to protect the business. In Accountwarehouses case they have a policy(similar to our own I might add) that restricts you to 2 accounts per 6 months, after 10 years in the account business that policy is clearly there to provide protection to the business, and even if the policy was NOT there, you are a dealing with a reputable account dealer who clearly has no need to ever recover your account.

    You chose by starting a sale to take the risk of potentially exposing you and your account to additional liability, by doing so you consciously took that risk when you shared the information with them.

    The only thing I see here that should be changed is perhaps accountwarehouse should make the policy more noticeable to avoid future complications.

    There is no scam here nor violation of sythe rules as far as my opinion is concerned.

    Whether accountwarehouse discovered something fraudulent about you or a red flag or maybe they really just decided to enforce their policy, none are illegal, no money changed hands and you willingly took that step to share your information knowing they could cancel the sale which is their right as the business.


    Furthermore not all policies are always stated, as Accountwarehouse aptly said, some things remain private to protect the business, a policy to protect their liability is reasonably one of those policies.

    Threatening to recover accounts sold due to them exercising their right as a business would indeed classify you as scamming and would justify punishment inhere as far as im concerned, I see no inherently wrong action, the owner of Accountwarehouse is evidently to busy to bother writing this out.

    bro your website doesn't send this.... his email approved of the sale and said within 24 hours... not once did i agree on giving out my account information if it was not going to be sold ? only reason i submitted that information is because they sent me a quote offer on the account..

    surely they should of done a background check and told me there policy's on the first email instead of letting it get to 26 hours since i asked for quote... also it doesn't say anything about the 2 account policy ?

    and there is something scammie going on because he done a paypal charge back on 2 accounts which i sold him 1 - 2 weeks ago saying i recovered them lmao:S

    What if this was the other way round he was the one selling me the account then after giving me all the account information i turn around and be like ah sorry i don't want it more.

    then it would be a big deal right ? the customer matters as much as the middleman..

    @Divine oh i see you know accountwarehouse.. i didn't ask for you too write a massive sentence backing him up and never once have you told me anything in the spam section... i asked for you too post too see if them accounts i sold you also got recovered.... hes trying to say iv'e recovered $50 worth and im pretty sure you paid me over $100 for ones ive sold you... so why would i got and recover his accounts but not your ones..

    Accountwarehouse and I are direct competition, Staff will have the final word but you are mistaken if you feel I'm biased towards them in any form.

    You are arguing essentially that the data you shared has value and accountwarehouse will at some stage benefit from said value, that has a few fundamental problems;
    1) Sythe has never truly applied a "value" to information or data throughout history, if an account renter has an account made and it only has 1 username/password and someone rents that account, does that not give that person renting it the same implied "value" or "recovery power" (?), you still remain the OO.
    2) You cannot ever prove that Accountwarehouse will benefit from the data you shared, infact his reputation suggests precisely the opposite, this issue he has been dealing with for over a decade and the complaints are non-existent or minimal implying staff have no reasonable reason to think your account will ever be at risk.
    3) Accountwarehouse is protected by the fact they are a business, do you expect paypal to publish their anti-fraud screening methods to every customer if a payment gets flagged after its been sent(?) Of course not, no business would. Private policies and rights are what protect intellectual property of e-commerce business, particularly smaller-medium sized ecommerce business in niche industry's such as Accountwarehouse is in.
    4) It's simply his money, if he feels his money is at risk than he has the right to halt the sale to avoid or minimize that risk,if you were selling gold to someone and got their ID and stuff and they paid you for it, then you discovered their a scammer by googling their email after they paid, you are essentially arguing that the person who submitted their ID has the right to obtain monetary compensation for that ID or that the person who received it somehow did something wrong, they didn't. Accountwarehouse has the right to protect his company just as anyone does, he exercised that right.

    Regarding your request, you can sythe PM me the ticket IDS of the accounts you sold and I can review them if they remain in our inventory and I can edit this post confirming or denying.
