Pas experience during years have taught me differently. People sells accounts for pennies just to recover them after buyer trains em or stacks the bank. Just saying

Tbh it makes no difference. If the seller is original owner of the account, its always recoveable. No matter if you'd use middleman. Using a middleman helps to prevent getting scammed when paying first. I'd suggest to find a seller with high positive feedback with past account sales.

About the budget.. 15M wont buy you much. What kind of account are you looking for tho?
