The Existence of God

A scientific belief is a belief that is scientific. It is always either supported by evidence, or held to be logically self-evident.

 

Do you have any evidence supporting the fact that there is a god?

 

If it is supported by evidence, then wouldn't it be a fact, not a belief?

And just a quick note: The Cell Theory states in one of its rules that all cells have descended from other cells, yet as far as I am aware of, science says the first cell most likely arose from organic compounds. If there is an exception to that accepted law of science, whose to say there aren't other exceptions for other scientific laws? With exceptions comes many possibilities.

Precisely, neither Evolution nor Christianity is FACT. They are both theories, therefore one must believe on side by FAITH. Even if you are an Evolutionist, you believe it by FAITH because it is not FACT.

Evolution, like gravitation, has been put to the test for a long time, and has yet to be proven false. I think it's sensible to accept it as fact now.

 

We don't have a soul...there is no evidence supporting we do. Yet, there is nothing supporting that we don't. But, you believe that there is a ghost living inside of every one of us? And when we die, nothing happens, our life ceases to exsist.

Where is your physical, not conceptual, proof?

 

And where is yours? There is no proof of whether they exsist or not, but why would there be some holy place in the clouds where people go when they die? What would be the point of that? and there would billions of "souls" there...so would this place be as big as earth? And where exactly is "heaven?"
And hell? There is no hell. It is said to be underground? Well there isn't anyhting below the ground besides rock and magma, and there is proof for that.

 

Obviously you have a lot of reading up to do, kid. I'm not going to waste my time explaining what each is, it's not hard to read up on what the Christian belief of each is. And do you really think that they are physical places ?
