[WTB]Level 3 skiller with at least one 99

I'm currently looking for a level 3 skiller with at least 99 in one of the following skills:
Agility
Thieving
Fishing
Woodcutting
Smithing
Crafting
Hunter

The ban meter has to be empty and I need the recovery information. The most important thing, and I cannot stress this enough, is that the seller must be a reputed member of this community. Due to being scammed by someone on here I will not buy anything from a new / unvouched member. If you are a new member or lack multiple recent vouches I am not interested.

Paying OSRS GP. Since the seller will be vouched and trusted I will go first.
