1. I've recently moved out from my original house but am still in the same region/area (30 minutes away from my old house. I don't have my original IP that I used to create this account but if you check my log ins, they should be pretty consistent. I can provide a more exact location such as an address if necessary)

3. I deleted my 2FA when I got a new phone and never got around to setting it back up, which ended up being very unfortunate
