Have you ever smerked, giggled, or laughed at a disabled person?

Unfortunately I have.

And i admit it .

But it's terrible.... and I'm not laughing at them, im laughing at what there doing..

For instance, a disabled man came over once and randomly hugged me!

Me thinking it was a paedophile, I screamed " EWWWWWW HELP HELP PAEDOPHILE" and that was when I realised he was disabled.

Anyway back to the point.

Imagine being that diasbled person someone laughs at...how would you feel ?

I think it would be horrible :\

I've laughed at a disabled person before.

The pure, vile stench which came off the 'person' in question was really rather unpleasant, hence my disgust followed by giggling.

 

All the time.......I'm sooo going to hell.........if there truly is a hell.

 

i tihnk everyones laughed at them in some point in time. its not like i hate disabled people, theres nothing they can do about their condition, but sometimes the things they do are quite funny

Yea i have laughed at a disabled person, Not proud of it but if someone does something we find funny we gonna laugh...

 

I laugh at disabled people just like I laugh at regular people. Should I feel bad because I laugh at someone disabled who could have a way better life than someone not disabled?

This thread is pointing straight at maturity. Obviously some of you are immature to even laugh at a disabled person.

 

I have. What of it? I've laughed at people that aren't disabled too. I've laughed at animals, i've laughed at cartoons, i've laughed at drawings. I've laughed at myself. Doesn't really mean anything.

 

I point in laugh and stand in front of their wheelchairs pointing and laughing.

No, I'm not that mean but I do laugh about them behind they're back. I'm going to hell. Oh wait, I don't believe in religion.

I've laughed at people with Mental disabilities.

Not handicapped. or disabled because of an injury or something..

You are calling me immature for laughing at things people do that are funny to me? A disabled person is none the less a person. You sir I should feel sorry for. Even if you haven't laughed at something a disabled person has done, it makes you no better a person. You are looking at someone disabled and saying, nothing they do I can laugh at because I am better than that person and it would make me feel bad. They are people, 4 arms or not.

 

Sometimes disabled people are trying to be funny. Whats meaner? laughing at them, or ignoring them?

 

Many mentally disabled people are irrational, yet people tell one and other not to laugh at them.

People have stated that we laugh at animals. People accept this, and aren't particularly bothered if people laugh at animals, as they are irrational, and the reason why we are laughing is not being conveyed to them.

This is the same for mentally disabled people. I do not feel bad for laughing at them, either. They are not of the same mental standard of myself, and if I wish to laugh at them, I will do so.
