OwnerR-fake vouches/trades

I saw his signature a second ago, and noticed that he supposedly bought 150m and 390m off of two different people. I looked at his postcount and his join date and thought that seemed a bit fishy. So I did some research. There is no one under Sythe members by the name of 'Fire Cape' or 'Japper16'

Now from my understanding fake vouching and/or fake trades is highly against Sythe rules, and is punishable by serious infractions or bans. And I hope one of which happens to him. I think he's just trying to appeal to people as "trustworthy."
