    yeah, i suggest training on ogres till 60 range and then just go to fire giants.

    cheap way would be bone bolts

    otherwise use iron darts or knives at the ogre place

    Make money at green dragons or somethin and then spend that cash and chin it.

    Much less boring and I actually find it faster. I had 99 range on one of my accs back then so I know.
