So he says he's paying from his bank, and that he's claiming and cancelling, so I thought it was safe.
Ok, then so he pays for all of the transactions..... about $2,500 for the money.

I tried to withdraw the money, but somehow he refunds the money!!!! PLEASE BAN HIM!!!!
