Can't log in :(

I can't log in because of two factor authentication. It asking me to insert code from my phone on app, but I don't have any app on my phone or didn't add it before on my sythe account.
I am owner of account. Just the only thing - it's impossible to log in. I already sent letter to support, but didn't get answer.

I asked one of my customer to create thread here with my text(since it is agains rules to create second account).
Anyway - not sure, that he created, since there's no thread.
I talked with moderator Superman at skype and he said, that I need to create thread here and give more information.
I wanto to delete 2FA authentication, since it is problem to log in.
As you can see on my account - Foxstore Pro there's NO 2FA ADDED! Anyway - I can't log in, since login process is asking me anytime to insert a code from app, that I DON'T HAVE(the only place, where I did it is EpicNPC forum and I will do it on SYTHE ASAP, when I will unlock my account again).
As you can check all my account information:
- IP
- Phone is+(removed)
- E-mail - (removed)
- Skype - Foxstore Pro and discord(FoxStore#6853) - you can check it on our site in contacts and add us. I will accept, that we have issues with Sythe.prg account.

I've went ahead and disabled your 2fa. Be sure to re-add it to your account but keep the long code somewhere safe in case you find yourself locked out again.
