Ye JaGeX is Scammer! I Payd 2 Times From My VISA... And they sayd that the payment is not accepted!!! but they take the money!@# JAGEX = SCAMEX

you can probably find access to a fax machine in your local library, or ask your parents to help you out!

 

They hardly scammed you, it's probable that it was just a glitch in their phone system.
You were unlucky that it happened.

Dude you are overreacting. Theese things happens in such companies. No-one is perfect and jagex aint either. So, you could just have done something else while waiting for an answer to the problem, instead of brooding over lost time. come on, you're 13 years old, you got all the time in the world man.

 

I had this exact thing happen to me a couple years ago. I called twice and both times it cut out right before I received the pin.

After sending numerous messages to Jagex and receiving no response for over a month I tried the PBP again. It worked and I got a membership. The same day I got a message saying something like "We see you used your pin number...nice try."
