Don't allow banned users to use Discord

Permanently banned members are also kicked from the Discord, but temporarily banned members still have full access. Since we're seeing much less permanent bans lately, I suggest we either kick them from the Discord or DNT them in the Discord until their ban has expired. They still have full access to trade on Sythe's platform using the #gold, #accounts, etc channels and that's a right that they should lose when they refuse to abide by Sythe rules.

Agree, don't really need input. I shouldn't be allowed to do any trading through any Sythe platform nor should any DNT or banned user, idk how this was wrote off in the first place, support.

If you see a temp banned user on discord, I suggest pming/tagging a mod to have them kicked.
