You don't have to pay 15m and you sure as fuck don't need 6k bolt racks or a verac helm.

You are either attempting to scam a free cape or you are going to get scammed.

Actually this will be reported for closure by me, but to straighten it all out.

This kid scammed the account, got me to do a cape then tried to scam me.
I got the account locked and dropped cape.
He IS a scammer, and hasn't been untempbanned... which should explain something?
