Here I have proof of ipker offering to pay somebody to dox @Qemo. You can see from the chat logs that the person ipker is talking to is also the person that doxxed @Hex and released it so ipker wasn't joking when he went to him to try and dox qemo. When the person offered to call officials to qemo's house ipker without hesitation said yes and asked for the price. When he saw the astonishing price of 100m he decided to lower the price to 30m for qemo's dox (he prints bils a day apparently).

 

Firstly of all, i asked qemo for permission of this 20x and he kept telling me yes do it,

You asked Qemo if you were allowed to release his dox, which you admitted to being fake/unsure of. So you went to this person after you failed yourself and offered to pay him because you lack the skills to do it yourself. You also ignore the fact that you also wanted to dox @l0ves0sa after. Don't bring dazu into this, his report was solved already and you're making false accusations with no proof. If you didn't want to swat Qemo then why did you instantly respond yh when he asked you if you wanted officials at his door, but turned down the offer after hearing it was 100m. I thought you were printing gp from your inferno cape service/risk fighting? Or was the 200m repayment to dazu your entire bank :/

He gave you permission to disclose his name and address in Spam Forum... The Spam Forum rules clearly state that you may not actively attempt dox somebody (this would include paying someone else to do it), with or without their permission.
