A GREAT majority of American men are circumcised. I myself am, and I do live in America, and I am not Jewish. The Majority of girls don't like uncircumcised penis over here. I only know one kid in my entire school (He's from Germany)who is uncircumcised. He insisted on bringing it up for some sick reason :O

EDIT: Many studies have been conducted to that confirm being circumcised decreases the risk of transferring an STD to your partner. And those who are uncircumcised have a greater risk of contracting an STD from their partner.
