Clifton43 - Poor Service. Bad judgement.

Explanation of the trade: I was to pay him 30M OSRS GP to him on Friday 27th July as long as the completion of 61-69 Slayer was achieved by him.

How they scammed: So, although I believe the guy and feel he has just hit a difficult situation - I feel this clouded his judgement which in turn lead to this. I left 7.5M cash in the bank for him to use for supplies to train my Slayer on my 81 Combat Zerk account to Level 69 Slayer. When I asked for updates he wasn't straight with me in his response. He told me he wasn't sure whether he would be able to fulfil the service for me and told me to wait because he's busy dealing with something else. He also mentioned beforehand he had level'd my slayer to level 62 (gaining me one level). When I found out this wasn't actually the case and I was still 61 slayer - I found it justified to log onto the account he was training to find all my wealth was removed with the exception of.. what looks like (PK'ing supplies).
He also revealed to me - He used MY wealth that I left on my account for the supplies needed to train slayer was infact used to pay back a debt he had with a completely different client of his.

Finishing Statement:

Although, I believe the guy will pay me back due to what seemingly is, a clouded judgement. I still need to make this report so Admins/Mods can look over this. Personally, I feel he just got too ahead of himself and stumbled with the amount of orders/requests he took on board. As you can see from the screenshots, I am missing 7.5M OSRS GP. Also, confirmed by him. Although, I do not understand why he had 'Pk'ing sets' in the bank since I haven't even PK'd on the account myself yet?
I just feel this was a very bad service and unprofessional too. In no way should you use one clients wealth to pay off a completely different clients debt. I think this could all be agreed on, regardless the situation.
It is now up-to staff decision on this. Although, I'm a very fair guy and the last thing I would want to do is create a report on someone "fairly" new just trying to progress his business. I am still owed what I am owed. It's principle.

This is my side of the story and posted on a different thread 'Honestly, I have had enough of this kid. I will just write everything here and not need to repeat myself. So basically what happened is he messages me for dragon slayer 2 asks for 20% of when I said those prices are 20% included I was free and just wanted to build up rep so I agreed. I felt bad for him his total bank was 18M,16M of which is what he would pay me he had terrible stats. I agreed to do his dragon slayer 2 for 16M in 3 hours Finished around 1:30A.M. Real life stuff came up and I had to see friends as this stuff was important I explained this to him. I said to him I promise I will do it when he wakes up by 9 A.M. Real life stuff took over so I started doing it again at like 09:30 A.M he had no gear or itemson acc apart from the 16M which was my payment. I did all of the quest up until final final boss of DS2. I couldn't do it this guy continued on raging I was constantly apologising. I then tried getting someone else to do it with the 16M gear and he ended up scamming everything. I had 6M which I refunded him straight away and said I would give him 20M refund by tonight which was more than his bank and I practically have finished the quest for him -.-.


You had an 18M bank tops and that was supposed to be my payment as well not 16M to me and 18M in bank 18M TOTAL. If I was a scammer why would I do the quest and not log out straight away after taking your bank? Why would I refund you 6M rn if I was scammer? Why would I give you 20M when your total bank was 18M? meaning im paying you 2m extra for your worries and practically did the quest for you. I mean ive spoken to this guy throughout even after when all he is doing is hurling insults. All your doing is slandering me.

I said I would compensate him 20M even before this fiasco he started... I don't really feel like doing it now practically taking nothing from him giving him 2m spending time on the quest 5 minutes away from finishing and dealing with him on discord and now sythe. Yet I am a scammer? I wonder how he would have reacted if I logged in and just took his stuff and logged off? If I said I would finish off the quest afterwars and not paid him anything. All he wants to do is cry and moan about his dad having cancer not all of us cry about our problems online some of us take it on the chin and move forward and try make the world a better place..'

Now I took 6M from his account rest of 1.5M is in supplies or so to ease this guy who was crying about his dad having cancer when I am the one who has clearly been scammed... The service and gp would have been completed by Friday regardless of this fact

His post was about the client that my wealth went to, to pay off debts. Not me.

UPDATE: Clifton43 has now paid back the debt owed to me.

I could have fufilled the order I was just wondering if we could agree through mutual consent if it would be the best thing to do as I was dealing with that idiot. 'Pking suppies'? from what I remember and correct me if I am wrong there is no spec wep on the acc or karamwams sharks basically pvp stuff I was testing wildy slayer. The service would have been done by Friday as agreed and wouldn't have made a difference to you at all. It's all about judgement I knew I could have bought gp which I did later on the day and pay you back no problem as the job was to be done by Friday on the other hand I had a moron who got DS2 done for 14M including supplies raging about stupid shit and complaining about his dad having cancer I needed to cool him down so he didn't to anything stupid like he was mentioning on discord. I didn't want to cause any harm. I can provide all the evidence. Thank you for being a fair and understanding attempting to assainate my character when all I wanted was best for all parties.

 

Seems like this has been resolved. @Clifton43 - While I understand that you were in a rough spot, you will be given a TWC for poor trading practices. You should not be using your customers GP without permission.
