westy is a scammer

he changed my runescape password, i am currently trying to get it back.
he's obviously a scammer, not much effort in what he wrote:

i have gained some rputation now to let you know and my msn address is [email protected] if you sem interested....

anyone belive me? if u don't please tell me another way to prove it.
