Seems to be a driver problem.

Go to windows updates | custom | install everything

if that dosent work post back with your computer manufacturer and model number.

    World of Warcraft Problem

Your computer forgot what kind of video card it had. (Corrupt or lost drivers)This may happen if another program (or the last session of World of Warcraft) locked your video device. Have you tried restarting your computer? If restarting it doesn't work, can you tell us more information about your computer? You can find most of the information if you go to Start -> Run -> dxdiag

    I'll need the following info:
    System tab
    Operating system:
    Processor:
    Memory:
    DirectX Version:

    Display tab
    Device Name:
    Driver Version:
    Driver Date:
    Driver DDI Version:
    DirectDraw Acceleration:
    Direct3D Acceleration:
    AGP Texture Acceleration:

From this information, I can help you find the correct drivers for your video card and assist you in the installation process.

    Hello Miss799 Apprentice

    World of Warcraft Problem

I know i'm not supposed to post If I don't know the answer, but... You would get much better help if you asked on the WoW forums. They have staff 24/7 that are in the technical support forum section.
