Explanation of the trade:
Purchased OSRS account July 14th for 30m OSRS GP.
I asked for specific information to ensure safety of said account at time of purchase.
I received wrong information at time of purchase and/or seller left information out.

How they scammed:
I recently tried to ensure safety of the account by trying to recover it (I have full possession of it just tried for precaution before I allow myself to add items to it etc in case of recovery).
Recovery was failed; I notified the seller; got an attitude with me then changed the creation date from original time of sale; and then again once more in the last hour of communicating.

Immature words on BOTH ends were thrown around fully admitting my wrong doing but I am upset at being lied to and taken as a "fool" and a child; regardless of it being due to a game.

Seller doesn't believe that the denied recovery happened as quickly as they have.
(time stamped denies provided, along with the name of the OSRS account and the high scores of the account; which match the picture provider by seller for which account it is.. to ensure that the denied attempts are for the right account.)

Changed up the initial information, added a new previous password (beginning with K, not on other initial information given), and also changed the creation date.

What do I want to happen:

I want a full 30M purchase OSRS Refund; and I want this seller handled as a report is concerned in the sense of a trade of caution or however it needs to be.

This type of service etc should NOT be accepted.

Selling flaming/raging about my personal "life" he thinks I have.

I am aware this guys not happy and live repaying him at a reasonable hour, I stayed awake so I could comment on this clowns thread as he didn't want to listen when I said il refund when I can.
