Ethnically...Which is soemtign we should all respect...is that underaged sex must not take place..but due to the world being corrupted and economy situation are rubbish...poeple actually sell their children for money to prostitute houses...Those poor children get tortured every day...God and Jesus Mother marry be with them..They should share heaven...

By law the legal age is 16. So anything under that is deemed underage by law. In saying that if there way no law to tell you what age is legal... how to we know the correct age from which having sex under that age is called 'underage' ??

i think that morally you're not supposed to have sex until you are married. I believe that god gave us the previlage to reproduce, and nowadays many teens are abusing it lmao.

 

I reckon underaged sex should be illegal and stay illegal, just put it as if your the parent, how would you feel if your daughter had sex at the age of 10? lol pretty extreme. Same goes for my son if i ever had one. That is my opinion

 

it all depends, if you feel comfortable with who you're with and they're comfortable with you, i believe you can.. as long as you're smart. i myself, im only 16 and i lost my virginity about 2 months ago with my girlfriend but we both wanted to and i didn't pressure her at all it was a decision we both made. i'm smart and use a condom every time as long as people are smart and use a condom its alright because teenage pregnancy is getting out of control.

well we're trying to limit the sexually transmitted infections in society today and the high pregnancy rates just like finniscool said earlier in the thread, although people would still do it just like they do drugs the law can't stop anything, people still break rules, but thats a completely different argument lol.

 

well the law is 18 because it has been determined that when a boy/girl has reached age 18, they are ready to make their own decisions. However, this is for the general population, they can't count on every single human being's mind to be mature at the sage of 18. Some can even have matured minds at age 14, while others mature at later stages in their life. Therefore, these laws do not apply to all people because they are determined by how the general public appears to age and mature. So, if a child understands sex, knows proper safety, and understands what could happen if something went wrong (broken condom, etc.); then I think it would be fine for them to have sex. Because problems like faulty condoms are not just limited to underage kids. So I think that in some circumstances it is ok for kids to have sex.

However, I do not believe all kids should be going around fucking every girl they see. Making love while underage is limited to few, because although the legal age of 18 does not apply to everyone, it still fits the growth levels of the general public.

 

Here in Canada the minimum age is 14 to have sex. Anal sex is 18.

Its 16 here in australia, i dont really see it as that bad, it depends on the circumstances.

Underage is different in everyone's eyes really. I can say 14- is under while mostly everyone goes with 18-.
