Reporting Viral_

July 17th 2018 I started a project from a inquiry by a Sythe user that goes by the name of @Damn Im Evil.

The project was a Instagram Name Sniping Bot.



I immediately showed interest in his thread because I am currently building software for Instagram. @Damn Im Evil reaches out to via PM and we discuss my requirements before starting. As shown below was the first message I sent to him specifying my requirements.



He then reaches out to me on Discord. We discuss the project in a little more detail and without him still paying I decide to take it upon myself and start building it. Half way into the project he tells me that he wants to use my software for personal use and then he wants to commercialize my product and sell it as his own. I tell him that it will be more if he wants to do that. He disagrees with the set price I specify for full rights of the software. I tell him that is fine and that I can still give him a personal copy but I will still have full rights. We agree. Still no payment.

He helps me with testing and a little bit of knowledge here and there but it was mostly from me doing my research. At about 60% towards the end of the project, I tell him I will be accepting the payment in full with BTC. He goes to ask if it can be done with Paypal. I refuse.

At this point I have a lot of time invested in it and during the whole deal I found to realize how much the software can be profitable. I have full rights to the software I built. I gave him the option to buy me out of the rights. He then does not pay me close to the end nor in the beginning as my requirements specified, but I will note that I did not put a lot of effort in trying to get the payment in the beginning.

At this point in time I will be selling the software to the public to make up the time I spent building it when I could of been working on other projects.

I am not reporting @Damn Im Evil as a scammer. I am simply just putting this out here for mediation because I try and put integrity and honesty first in all business I do.

If he didn't have a deal with you saying that he can get sole rights and pay you via Paypal then your effort is yours to do with what you choose. That's my two cents.

Explain the service:
Viral_ was supposed to create an Instagram bot for me that would be coded to my specifications. This project was something that he NEVER had experience with, as it took him multiple tries and countless questions answered from me in order to make it. After providing him with everything that was necessary (valuable information) and spending countless hours testing the bot day and night for him, he decides that he wants to keep it for himself.

Other relevant info/screenshots:
I understand this is an unusual circumstance, but this user stole information and insight from me, as well as valuable time that I could have spent doing other things. Without my knowledge he could not have made this program. I don't believe this is fair, and I should be compensated.

 

Merged these two threads since, essentially, @Viral_ is the user being reported in this dispute.

 

This user is a pathological liar. I can screenshare our entire discord conversation to any mod/admin. NEVER ONCE did this user ask for payment on discord. In fact, he agreed that a demo would be made prior to any payment. If you were going to demand payment first, you wouldn't have gotten all the info you could out of me. You would have simply mentioned it at the very beginning BEFORE working. It is clear your intentions were to steal valuable information from me and use it to your own benefit once you saw how profitable this tool could be. You even went ahead and made an account on the forum which this tool would be useful. In all my years on forums I have never once met someone so dishonest and deceiving.
Please view the evidence to see that I am the victim here, not Viral_.

It is clear this is not about Bitcoin or Paypal. This shady user was going to use the program he made for ME to make a quick buck.

 

Pathological liar? Bit harsh dont you think. The demo was clear as day when we were running tests. I made a account on other forums to view information regarding the building of the bot cause I was not able to see certain threads. I have nothing to hide here and I will be honest the whole way through. If you want to share our conversation by all means but it wont explain anymore then what has been stated in my thread.

You can still pay me for the software. The payment will be in BTC. It ins't like you can not pay me in BTC cause you specified you would pay half btc and half paypal. I had no intent on commercializing the software till all my time seemed to be wasted. Also does not change the fact that I own full rights to the software which I also gave you a chance to buy me out. I leave it to the staff to decide. I stand my ground for BTC as the only form of payment for this job.

 

Stop lying. You intended to commercialize it as soon as you understood the profit behind it. You went as far as creating an account on the forums I'm a part of (you'll be banned soon on those btw). You can clearly see it says that you accept Paypal for programming services in your thread. No terms & conditions to this. I should be able to pay in Paypal for the product. It is clear that BTC was just an excuse, and if anything went wrong (which is very possible since you're extremely sketchy and deceiving) I would have no way of getting my money back.

 

Go google the definition of demo. You did not once ask for payment, which seems to be your best argument for reselling what I helped you make. You could not have made the bot if it wasn't for my insight from YEARS of experience in the OG community.

I have been a member on that forum for over a year now. You do NOT need an account to view any threads in there, aside from the giveaways section which you have to post in to view the thread. And you have 0 posts so you clearly signed up to take advantage of it and sell/use your product.

I can't believe you're trying to defend yourself after leading me on for days that this was being made for ME and only for ME.

Regardless I own full rights of the software and nothing is going to change that unless you wanna pay up the $500. BTC.








Then after explaining that it will be for personal use you then go on asking if it is going to be open source. Then you over and over again ask me if it will have any direct connection or logs. Hence wondering if their is any way you can bypass my authentication so you can monetize it without paying for the rights of the software.

 

You took that out of context. We were discussing me commerciliazing the product, to which you said that there would be no rights as in re-sell rights.
You clearly stated here that you didn't intend to sell the product, since you had no audience.

So now you have an audience thanks to me and you want to make a quick buck instead of finishing the simple task I gave you.


As for open source. I asked if it was open source so I would know it does not contain any malware and is as fast as you state. Also you're clearly uninformed because LOGS have nothing to do with the tool itself, it's to prevent you from gaining access to my instagrams after I logged in using your tool. And I'm sure your the type of person that would attempt this which is why I asked several times.

Good job taking everything I said out of context and twisting it.

 

I monitored your activity, you were looking at the OG instagrams which you want to snipe using the tool and sell in order to make money.

You proceeded to delete both of those posts from discord after I exposed you on the other forum. If you have nothing to hide, why did you delete them?



You are complicating this whole situation to make it look like you have an actual case, which you don't.

 

After a full review of this case, including a screenshare of the full conservation, I've come to understand the breakdown of this case:

@Damn Im Evil thought he was either getting sole rights to the product or partnership in a duo venture between you both and was reasonably led to believe this would be the case and therefore continued to actively participate in trade negotiations and outside development of the product.

@Viral_ was careful to not specifically word the negotiations in such a way that would award @Damn Im Evil sole rights to the product.

I don't see any productive solution where @Damn Im Evil continues involvement with this product since he can't fix or maintain it himself and you both no longer have a trusting relationship.

Therefore, the decision I've come to is that since @Damn Im Evil claimed that the sole rights product was worth $200 and @Viral_ arguably did more than half the work to bring it to fruition as the programmer, @Viral_ will need to pay @Damn Im Evil $80 or share the product and resale rights with @Damn Im Evil

 

I am in no way shape or form going to pay him for something I developed.

 

Thanks Andy for finding a reasonable solution. I value my time and more importantly knowledge that I've learned in the IG community over the past few years.
I am inclined to believe that Viral_ will provide me with a malicious or modified version of the final product in spite of this whole encounter.

For that reason I'd like to request the $80 so that I can allocate it towards hiring a professional coder for my project, something that Viral_ is not.

It seems he does not want to cooperate though, as he threatens to give the tool away for free and states that he wont pay me.

Once again, I am 100% confident you could not have developed this without my help.
I provided you with PRECISE details that I learned over years of research and experience.

 

You're corrupt business partner wasted MY time. He could not have made the bot without my detailed instructions. He went behind my back and made an account on the forums I was apart of to attempt to sell and use the program. You are biased so keep your uninformed response off my thread.

 

I have agreed to pay the original amount in PP for the product, but Viral_ is not willing to cooperate.

He says he needs a 72 more hours to work on it, but I can assure any mod/admin that this user is trying to sell it/make enough money off it in that time frame. We spoke earlier, and the program was done, hes stalling at this point.

Since Viral_ is refusing to accept the old terms, my only option is to refer to the new terms.
I'll accept the $80 payment, as I'm tired of dealing with this whole thing.
I want to hire a normal programmer that isn't so corrupt and sketchy. Worst experience with any service provider.

A successful test but earlier in your messages you state that you want it to be able to run for months. This is completely setting me up for failure. Your also saying your going to chargeback. Honestly I dont want any part in any of this anymore. No money has been sent. I dont want to sell it. I dont want any part in it.

 

You're purposefully taking your time and tormenting me in every way possible.

It doesn't work like that. We have a written agreement stating you will complete this. You wasted my time which and stole my valuable info from me. In the end, you have a working product and I have nothing.

I stated 72 hours in the very beginning. I will not be paying you anything period so you can just cross that off your list.

Like I said I am going to do my best, but I also am flying out of town tomorrow so hope I can get it to you. If I cant I will be refusing payment or refunding you in full.
