    Sorry I missed the dispute. I don't remember the real reason I banned him, but it was probably an IP match. Two of his other accounts, _3x6 and Ricky_Pike_Nub, are banned.

    In any case, there was little point in requiring proof from Vic. As former staff, he was obviously trusted to issue bans himself.
