Want to create new account

I want to create a new account with a proper name, but cannot because the IP is associated with 2 accounts. Can they be closed or silenced temp or something? I could even close them, neither have much posting.

Be patient until you get a reply by an administrator. They will edit out the sensitive information prior to approving the thread, so no need to worry about that.
