What are you using to measure the temperatures?

Could be a problem with the RAM. Had a similar problem not to long ago and was due to the fact I had a memory leak.

Run CPU z and show what it says. Don't buy stuff before diagnosing the problem.
    - When does it crash?
    - What happens after it crashes?
    - Why would you assume it's an overheating issue?

Don't assume, test. If memory is bad, memtest. If psu is bad, stresstest. If cooling is bad, stresstest.
