looking for team/programers

hey so here's the deal i just came by a butt tonne of money and i've always wanted to start my own rsps but i have absoloutly no idea on coding / programming so im looking to hire a team willing to guide and build a rsps with me. will be hiring based of experiance/ connection and trustworthyness i will be paying either a fortnightly/monthly salary of sort's to anyone involved.

this project is in it's infancy but all people signed up and contributing will be paid in full every fortnight/month as selected.

must be reachable between 10am-6pm gmt+10
must be legit and excited to work on a rsps
willing to go the extra mile
good with people( as you will be getting staff powers/rights on server)
must be willing to deal with my somewhat stupidity on the matter.

no one will do coding work without full/close to full payment for someone. I can vouch, made a dicing bot, that person couldnt pay afterwards.

You pay a portion upfront and a portion afterwards if they are not well credited. If they have enough credit/vouches then it's a full upfront payment.

 

Legit developers are expensive, anywhere from $40-100 an hour. I'd really suggest finding better ways to invest your money. You should rather look for a partner or something who has experience in this sort of thing. Good luck.
