If you were a heavy caffeine user then you are experiencing withdrawal symptoms. You can either give yourself some caffeine, titrate yourself down to none, or completely cut yourself off cold turkey. But I'm not a doctor (yet). So I suggest you see your doctor.
this happened to my aunt awhile back, after about 4 years of doctors looking at her they finally found her inner ear drums were busted(she was active duty army). not saying this is what you have, but just goes to show you NEVER know how serious it might be so I would go to the doctor asap..
Have you recently coe off any medication or recreational drugs? Are you active? How long do you sleep? Do you eat enough? And is your diet good?
that's a good thing, ide still go have a normal check up, I wouldn't ever take a chance on intermittent disorientation .
i get this as well and really find this sort of information useful to look at , horrible feeling though
Feel free to add me on skype, I can give you a list of things to do to help yourself possibly. I hope you get better man.
The cause of your issues can be caused by multiple things. Since you drink water, Do you eat enough? If you eat to much sugar you might feel tired all the time even though you sleep about 8 hours daily. What about vitamins? You eat healthy? Do you go outside? Best tip is to go see a doctor. It could be very serious but hopefully not. Hope you get better soon! Kind regards/ Skalman
