need some help here(money solutions)

Ok well I havent played runescape in quite some time. and I am wanting to sell my accounts as a bundle with items included and what not for real life cash before it will be pointless to (this question has no way shape or form related to runescape)

so my question is: What is the safest\fastest way to do a money transaction and don't say paypal or e-gold or w\e those sites are because I have had too many problems with them.

so I would like to do western union, money order something along the lines of this. but have never done it this way before. are there any better ways to go about this? and if not what would be the best scenario to try to get during the trade? can I be sued for selling the kid the stuff then him just saying he never got it? (has happend through paypal twice back when I sold rsc mills) all help is welcomed and thanked

p.s. I didn't know where exactly to put this, because it didn't really fit anywhere, atleast not anywhere that would have bright people posting there opinions. but if this is in the wrong section let me know.
