Obviosuly was trying to scam, wanted me to send details with my photo ID and everything, but when i asked for his, he blocks me, His intentions are clear here.

 

I don't give my ID out, sorry.

@Protector Why in your TOS the seller must give you their GOVT ID, but since you're sending via Paypal you won't? is that not sketchy?

 

No sorry, I have purchased over 50+ accounts from people via the same exact procedure for nearly 2 years with 0 issues.

 

why block me right away than, what did i do wrong? @Protector , because if we are talking about wasting time, look at how long it took for you to respond and kept saying " sorry for the delay" a few times, what did i do?

 

No longer wished to do business with you, that's why I specifically stated, if "you pm me again your blocked".

 

you changed your mind durastically, because of the reasoning that you wanted to send me money via Paypal most likely through business transaction, so you can refund me later AFTER i sent you MY ID , the Screenshot of my account details with them filled out of my recovery question. You demeanor wasnt just to not do business becuase i asked for a ID, it was much more.

He's not required to show you his ID, and he's allowed to choose who he does business with, therefore nothing wrong was done here by @Protector. If you don't like the way he does business, then simply trade with another user.
