Reporting Frogstar

Well let me begin by saying that this is not a typical "scamming report" but I've been wronged and i feel the need to report it. About 10 months back i took an order up from @frogstar to do 4 60/60/60 accounts, and the agreement was that i provide all supplies except bonds, but if the accounts are not completed within 10 days i would receive no payment or compensation.

As it turned out, i wasn't able to complete the order because i had difficulties with my internet, but i did manage to get 2 of the 4 accounts to 60/60/60, and as per our agreement I failed to complete it so i asked for no payment or compensation. However he decided to falsely accuse me of botting for no reason at all, and with no proof. In his report he decided to present images of 1 of the account that was not completed and made no mention of what was in fact completed.

I was banned because of this, however i disputed it, returned his money for the bonds through @Champ and finally i was unbanned but TWCed.

Ive tried multiple times to get this TWC removed but to no avail. So i decided I'll just gain more vouches, become reputable and then get it removed, but with a TWC for botting it has been extremely difficult but i never gave up.
However what triggered me is that, a few days ago, he reported me again accusing me of scamming him 120m+ etc etc and i was DNTed for 2-3 days, he was asked to provide proof but obviously he couldn't since it was a false accusation and instead he made absurd excuses.

Now my main issues of concerns are:
1- Whether it is absolutely okay here on sythe for Members to make false accusations on others constantly, wasting their time and the moderator's, and no penalty or consequences would be awarded to them? Because if it is not so, it should be demanded that he provide proof of his accusations or be punished for it!
2- I want to also dispute my TWC, mainly for 3 reasons:
(a) Clearly it could be shown that i was falsely accused.
(b) It is not fair that i had to bear the consequences, of having difficulties of getting work because of the TWC, for so many months when he didn't provide the neccessary proof.
(c) Most importantly Champ claimed that i am TWCed because of "poor business practices" however as per our agreement, if it wasn't completed i wouldn't be paid anything which i adhered to, and i even returned money for the bonds so i don't think Champ had any right to go "beyond the agreement" and TWC me, because it was clearly stated IF I DONT FINISH I DONT GET PAID, how did it go from that to TWC? If i had taken any of his money it would've been a different scenario.

So i request that my concerns are addressed, and also that Champ is not the sole decision maker in this because i don't his decisions are justifiable.

This report has been dismissed as @frogstar reported you under the correct rules. They were evidence to support his claims, but is was lack of evidence, therefore it was not extortion.
