    good suggestion but isn't it kinda same who offers their MMing services? has vouches or not. it's always up to you are you using him or not?

    Which is why it's harder to get vouches.

    The only downside to this method would be people wanting leave Official MM once they get it.

    Ridah, this is to stop the bad MMs from becoming offcial, and to make the process possible, rather than 2 years long.

    Well, I think this is a good idea except for the infractions part. I mean that would mean me (and more people) wouldn't be able to apply, just for a double post infraction. < It was given with no warning btw
