I got banned for changing my nick to Sauron and starting a channel called mord0r.... >.>.

 

The jackass ban is a zline for saying ******, since your on mibbit one person can ruin it for the rest. I'll remove it if/when I see it.

I chankilled mord0r since it's evading a forbidden channel.

Logs: Shinoda asked everyone on the IRC who Infernal was(which was me), and he banned me.

 

It was fully deserved. I'm not removing it, and I don't see anyone else doing so.

 

You're not doing anything because of something that was done for fun?

Me trying to ruin someones fun isn't a valid excuse for leaving me permanently banned.

The abuse wasn't what anybody said to me, or me saying ANYTHING in the IRC. I did NOT say anything at all in the IRC. Here's the quick story if you haven't heard.

Duopperi has a thread making pokemon signatures in the Spam forum. After a few days(which ends today) after the creation of the thread, Shinoda and zyper doesn't like this. Some mod, possibly shinoda, replaces everyone's pokemon signature with an animated .gif, just like the time when Finn was going about those asian signatures.

Well Shinoda is in the IRC talking about the pokemon signatures, and wants to delete them, which is what I was explaining in my first paragraph. Whilst witnessing this in the IRC, I decide to make a thread in the Spam forum called 'save your pokesigs by saving them in your computer!'.

Shinoda finds out that I made this thread, and yells in the IRC 'who is Infernal Dave?' More than 3 people say 'he's Infernal'(I was named Infernal in the IRC) He then bans me and it says 'GET THE FUCK OUT'. He did this so I can't hear what they will do for fun with the pokemon signatures.

That's how I got banned. I did nothing wrong. Shinoda was removing the pokemon signatures for the fun of it. This comes to me saying, just because I made that thread 'save your pokesigs by saving them in your computer!', ruining shinoda's fun, doesn't make my bannage valid.

Please reconsider.

...Which makes the whole thing not make any sense at all. I have not said anything in the IRC that time. I don't know if there is some sort of OP control where you can check if I said anything in the IRC, and it would say that my last few things I have said was:
Who removed my signature? - and zyper said not to discuss it, and then i said "..." (without the quotes)

I would also like to know why, whoever it was, banned me. I have done NOTHING.

He didn't just chankill you, it was the entire chan.. hence the name "chankill"....

Approx. how long were you banned for?: 5 minutes ago, and I'm still banned. (He banned me around 9pm GMT.)

What was it for? Was it possible you provoked it?: Darby said 'You said I abused you on sythe.' and spammed it a few times, and he said that I'm giving him a bad rep and said that I should apologize. I replied and said that he did actually abuse me and I'm not going to apologize since he did actually abuse me, he was acting immature and I told him to grow up and no other insults, and then he banned me and said no insults allowed thanks.

Logs: The channel closed when I got banned but Dustein gave me some of the logs.

Oh and he banned me before (like 2 weeks ago) because I refused to apologize for another issue, and when I refused he banned me, you un-banned me Shawn.
