LatinaPVP scam: Dropped most of void, incomplete order

Me and @QBDyce were completely in the dark when he pulled this on me.... sad as LatinaPVP did have a good thing going for him.

Arranged with him to train my acc from 96-99 Str, 94-97 Att on a very cheap 5gp/xp rate for a total of 30.5m. Arranged to middleman with @QBDyce , who is still holding on to the funds of 30.5m OSRS gp since no confirmation from me on order completion was ever given to him.

Middle Man was thorough and sent me a sythe confirmation pm with the Discord Chat log so we could be sure I wasnt contacted by an imposter

Current situation:
-Got my account to 98 Str, trained 361k xp on Attack then went offline.
-Dropped my void melee helm, robe and gloves(sigh.)
-Awaiting reply from MM

Like the report before me, he attempted to clean my bank(luckily i had the brains not to trust him and xferred all my tradeables into an alt) and when he found that there was nothing to clean, he proceeded to drop my void melee helm, robe and gloves for god knows what reason.

I'm still owed the money for incomplete training from 94-97 attack and 98-99 Str, as well as the equivalent value in time spent getting back my void set(sigh). Mods please weigh in what will happen to the money MM is holding.

(EXP DIFF) 1,228,825*5 = 6,144,125 GP

94-97 Attack =
(94ATK)7,944,614+361,000 = 8,305,614.
(EXP DIFF) 10,692,629-8,305,614 = 2,387,015*5 = 11,935,075 GP

11,935,075+6,144,125 = 18,079,200 GP/30,500,000 GP

Do you have any picture proofs of the void helmets prior/post service?

 

Unfortunately I dont.... It wont be a pressing issue to me(since i can pretty much just show the post service nakedness). But the amount owed is what I'd love to get back. Currently awaiting reply from the MM regarding this

@Gen I think it's pretty clear at this point that every client LatinaPVP worked for had their account compromised and botted. Does that nullify the order for my thread LatinaPVP scam: Dropped most of void, incomplete order

I really dont think I should be paying a cent at all for a botted service(Hell if i wanted to bot I could easily get a bot and do it myself.)

He got from 96-98 Strength from 11Jul-12 Jul which is a goddamn 3,349,854 XP in TWO DAYS. Its humanly impossible to achieve that xp gain in a day without botting, while he's claiming to be on 8 accs(I got discord chat proof). Order started on 11 Jul, I can send you runeclan screenshots showing the daily xp gains which were nothing short of incredulous.

Assuming 92k xp/hr,(WITH DILLIGENT REPOTTING EVERY 5 MINS) thats 18 hours played per day, on my acc, by one person(discord chat states he never had a worker).

As it is I'm wringing my hands hoping Jagex didnt detect this fucker's botting and mass ban on his IP, so I dont see why I should be paying even half of the amount I gave.

@Gen I've Pm'd you screenshots of Runeclan Xp tracker showing the crazy xp gains he made in two short days, which to me is proof enough of him NOT handtraining my account as he advertised.

 

Unless you have physical proof of him botting/admitting to botting on your account, there is nothing we can do as those are just assumptions.

Values of the cape differentiates from account to account. I will also need proof of this + proof of the cape destroyed.

Fair enough, I'll move forward with the original Judgement then. I'll be contacting QBDyce for the return of 13,827,900 gp OSRS.

@Gen I have confirmed receipt of 13,827,900 OSRS GP from @QBDyce , my MiddleMan. This issue for me and this thread is now resolved, for now. I'll continue monitoring my account for 1 more day and report back if anything bad occurs.

 

Received the rest of the gold from @QBDyce. Although others were banned for presumably botting, theres no evidence this account specifically was botted (for now)
