I would but I am in plat and I am also located in NA. I would suggest just try to stick to a core few champions (such as 3) and just stick to them and try not to vary too much away from that. I found when I tend to just mess around and play whatever I felt like playing, I would tend to lose more games and lose LP.

 

You can't move from that elo because your level of skill is not improving. If you want to gain elo you should NOT rely on other people like a duo partner to boost you up, because your skill level will remain the same and you will inevitably drop back down again.

Instead of focusing on getting a higher rank, focus on getting a higher skill level. Watch replays of your games and see where you're making mistakes and fix them up 1 by 1.

Are you dying too much, are you missing too much cs, are you roaming at the wrong times, how is your creepwave management? I'm sure you have plenty of stuff to work on.

Becoming a player who makes less mistakes will result in losing less games which will naturally increase your winrate.
