well i just sucesfully gave a last chance to my banned account
it was banned more than 6 years ago , anyways i suck at photoshop so there is no way i could have done this

6 years ago was RSC so he probably got it banned then, and when he transfered he had the screen because back in RSC u didnt get that screen. If you kept it level 1 in RSC you could've been level 1 in RS2

my ip is 0.0.0.0 cos i never logged on rs2 on this account
and its in varok coz when u started rs2 you could re-design your character
