9 hp accounts exist, but in this case, the seller just took a screenshot of an old account he must've had access too, cut and pasted the Old stats onto a new screen, and made it look as if he just took the screenshot recently. These stats are very, very old, before hunting, and a bunch of major updates... which means this guy most likely had a 9hp account at one time but lost it and only had an old screenshot left.
