Even if he sold you a legit account, expect it to be recovered.
I've already spoken to the buyer that bought Gr Balla (the account he's selling), got the summoning, and Trent hacked it back. That just so happens to be the same account I paid 530 USD for.
If he has the proof, and says he's a legit seller, why doesn't he post it?

Ok, think about this.
After you scam someone, and put "closed" on a post, because you're afraid of that person reveiling the truth about you.
Then, once you decide to repost the thread, b/c you want to try and scam with it, you need to think of some story, that will cause people to believe you didn't even sell to the previous buyer on the last thread, and that it is still up for sale.
You say you have people believing you that he's telling the truth?
Please, I've spoken to 2-3 people that have claimed to have already PURCHASED the account from him.

Personally, I really do suggest taking him to court. He's banned for ban evading / scamming, etc. I'm sorry to hear this happened to you, but you really shouldn't be sending people without AMAZING reputations that kind of $.

 

Would you take him to court for theft? What would you actually say as the reason for taking him to court? Just wondering in case I have to do something similar one day
