[DENIED] Make it so the mod team represents the community

Right now all aspects of the community are represented, except for the DNT/TWC usergroups. This means these groups got no one sticking up for them when decisions are made regarding those usergroups. My suggestion is to assign one of the current DNT/TWC users a special rank, something like a moderator, to represent the needs and wishes of said usergroups.

And who are we suggesting for the ranks? Milotic and someone who had poor trade practice...? Give more details please @Buyacc not the worst idea you have had I guess.
