Well, your point really varies with the country. I live in Canada, and here we have the age of consent set at 14, or 12 if one partner is 14. So the term "underaged sex" can vary in meanings depending on the country. I, personally, think 14 is young enough. Anything younger is just wrong, in my opinion.

There really should be no laws governing this, it's all usually just someone's opinion, if both partners agree to it, then I don't see why there's a problem, they're taking a risk. Maybe a age limit of 14 or something is understandable but it's really up to the two people.

Where I live which is in New York the age of consent for male-to-female sex is 15/17 which is reasonable. I personally have not had sex, as I am only 13. I don't plan on having sex, until i reach the age of consent, and am in a good relationship, that means something to me and my partner. I am currently in such a relationship. I know that all of this may sound complicating to some people but thats just what I believe. Personally if I wanted to have sex, and my partner wanted to do the same. I would do it, but I would never push her into doing an act that is dangerous if you don't take certain precautions(eg: condoms, the pill, or some other method of birth control.)
