Faces of Sythe

I can see why you'd make the suggestion, but I think that the discussion was part of the fun of that thread. However, infractions for flaming other peoples' pictures is fair.

I disagree, the first page with all the faces of sythe should just be kept updated.

 

I agree. However, I think it would be even better were it solely a picture-only thread. This would prevent spamming and having to constantly trawl the thread to find something.

 

We should make a new thread. Also, if possible, posts would need to be approved.

 

Or... A 'Faces of Sythe' pictures only thread AND a 'Faces of Sythe' discussion thread?

Hm...100k+ members...That would become some huge post.

 

Like they have on fagex, it doesn't work... because people have no idea which picture others are talking about etc.

 

How about if you want to talk about someone/someone's picture, just fucking copy it and start a thread in the SPAM forum >.>. That way everyone knows what you're talking about, and we aren't limiting conversation to one thread.

It also brings in popularity to the thread by spanning to the spam forum..

How about we set up a system on an off page on sythe (http://www.sythe.org/facesofsythe.php) to where members can sumbit an image for approval/disapproval by the mods/admins, and once approved it shows up on the thread?

That's not to difficult to write in fact, simple form to input into database, select from database to view if appropriate, then approve and insert into database where thread = faces of sythe end of data.

Complete waste of staff time? They could just setup a thread that requires posts to be approved as Eric stated.

 

Why would the staff be wasting time? It's not like they're doing anything else MAJORLY important, putting a couple of hours to some new features might bring some new, intelligent blood in.

 

Pay us and we'll put more hours of work into sythe.org. Before you do that we refuses to let our real lifes get fucked because we gotta work our asses of.

 

If the Spam forum had a subforum soley for discussing pictures of sythe members and the Faces of Sythe page was made a picture only posting area. Meaning, you can only post a picture, or a few different ones. That way people will still know who you're commenting on.

 

I wasn't meaning you guys code it. You have several qualified people. Just give em a donator rank to those who work on it .
