Trading by way of Duel Arena

Is trading using the duel arena still possible? for example

Player A - Seller
Player B - Buyer

Both sellers have 100m in items/gp

Player A and B both stake 100m

Player A and B changes the rules so that player B would end up as the victor for example (Player B will carry food in his invent while Player A will carry none and the dueling rules would be food allowed)

Player B wins and walks out happily with his 100m and Player A's 100m

Possible or no?
