And, Just for you, I'll make you a quick guide, On how to post a pic..

First, Put the screen up, of what you want to take a pic of.
Second, Look for This Button on your key-board :
Print
Screen
SysRq
Click that, Then Open 'Paint'

Paste the pic there, Save it.

Then go to this website.. : Tinypic.com
And Upload them, Take the Link that looks like..
