Can i get it back?

I accidentally deleted my school assignment that took me 2 day's to do, and now i have nothing to hand in, and i really need it back. Is there anyway i can get it back? or has it gone, and i have to redo it again.

 

Was it a word document? If so, the first step for deleted Word document recovery is to look in the Recycle Bin! If that doesn't work, the last measure is to try a data recovery tool, like uneraser.

EDIT: Eric i virus scanned the program before i opend it, and it come up with this. So i wont be using it.

 

find a different recovery tool then, if this is an important assignment you arent going to want to re do it.

 

I would open it those are all no name antiviruses.
If not go to download.com and try to find one that will undelete.

 

Find another recovery tool, and you should be fine.
