i agree on immortal technique. It's one of the best rappers out there, and very few have heard of him. The text's are very good, the melodie's can be discussed, but he have some good ones.

 

Actually twista is quite popular, i agree though he can rap fast.

Over-rated IMO is all of them; unless you can prove me wrong and show me that any of their lyrics are truely meaningful and not degrading to the balance of society.

Id say French Montana is the most underrated rapper right now. He already has a huge house, from the shows he does, has a very good relationship with Waka Flocka, Wiz Khalifa, Akon, T-Pain, DJ Khaled, and hasn't signed with neither of them..
