[APPROVED/REVIEW] Delete the Runescape Verified Programs section

Verified Programs I think I've seen this section once before today and after taking a closer looks it seems to be a waste of space. I think a sticky with spoilers could easily replace the section with no one ever noticing it was gone.

Besides one new thread 2 years ago there hasn't been a new thread in 5 years.

I don't see this section becoming productive or useful to our community if it hasn't in the last 7 years.

I say we delete it and if we think it's current content is worthwhile we should move the threads elsewhere or turn them into a sticky in the Runescape Programming section.

If the section was used properly I could see it being active, as of right now I agree that it isn't the most productive, although I think a few other threads are just as dead as it, ask @Shin to add it to his forum redesign

 

lol, how to even get your program verified? I only see Blupig's threads there. Who is the said "verifier"?
The thread itself could be useful, but people see a dead section so they don't really bother. Especially, as there is no info on how to get verified. It would give some legit devs some exposure.

 

I have no option to start a thread there so from what I can see it is intentionally like that. It looks like threads are moved there after admin have verified the program is safe, but I am unsure.

If there isn't any use for this section then I support as all of those topics could be combined into a clean formatted sticky.
