I suggest you have atleast 70+ range and 40+ defence and 43+ prayer atleast before you talk to meh .
I will do mostly any account. 1 Defence pures, 20 Defence pures, Tankers, Rune pures, Barrows pures, Mains.

For the inventory bring; 7 Saradomin Brews, 18 Super Restores(4), 150 purple sweets, 2 Range pot(4).
I sugest all doses to be at (4).

Best to worst in items:

Helm : God Mitre/Verac's Helm/Robin Hood Hat/Karil's Coif/Ranger helmet[Fremmenik]
Amulet : Amulet of Fury/ Amulet of Glory / God necklace
Cape : God Cloak/Skill Cape/Obsidian cape/Normal cape ( accumulator if your using rune c'bow and diamond bolts (e)
Arrows : 3k bolt racks and k-bow/ 1k diamond bolts (e) and rune c'bow ( accumulator if you use rune c'bow.)
Weapon : Karils Crossbow/ Rune c'bow
Shield : Guthix / Zamorak / Saradomin book only if your using rune c'bow.
Body : Black DragonHide body/Karils Top/Monk's Robe
Bottoms : Verac's PlateSkirt/Initiate legs/Karil's Skirt/Black DragonHide chaps
Boots : Ranger boots/Rune Boots/Climbing boots
Hands : RFD Gloves(mith+)/Black d' hide Vambs
Ring : Archer ring/Recoil

Well it depends on your range level, because higher it is the faster to kill. . I'll talk to you all later in like a hour and 30 minutes or so, I gotta go to a dentist appointment.
