Is it normal for levelers to decline or raise price for an account with a temp bot ban?

THSale wouldn't level my account because of my temp bot ban. Another guy would do it but raised the price $5 because of the 'risk'

I just was wondering if it's normal/usual.

I haven't seen that before but it could be justified I believe.
If the account is banned in his care you will hold him liable, however you cannot prove to him you have not botted more since the ban and a delay ban could happen while he is working.

This is my outside opinion however so don't take it as fact.

 

I have no experience with this either, but I agree with the post above.
