Barrows Pure And Quests Def Xp.

I want to be a barrows pure with only 70 def. I need to know out of these quests, which ones are worth doing and which ones will help me in the long run?

DEFINITELY rfd, dunno bwt the others but do olafs quest for a gud sum of def exp :3 thats wot i did to get mah 70 def ^_^

and, regicide, roving elves are also good options for both melee and range.

Basically, many quests which give def xp that allow you to wear a certain item. so once you 70, you dont have to do that quest and wont get the xp.

o rfd, mm, kings ransom(peity), In Search Of The Myreque
In Aid Of The Myreque(barrows short cuts), fairy tale part 2(transportation), and legends. Most of those quest you listed are experience from lamps(you can decide what xp you want).

 

Not sure about the other quests, but you must do Recipe for Disaster.
